Native speaker (female), using the "non-Brahmin" dialect, reads each sentence of Lessons 1-18 three times. (She introduces the first tape with the words "Tamil Spoken; Conversation Lessons".) The recordings were made at the University of Wisconsin, and the text that was used is an earlier version of Intermediate Tamil: the “John-Gopaalan” Conversations. Note:The numbering of the lessons does not correspond to that of the final text.
