Notes Tape consists of what are probably excerpts from the live recordings. The code number originally assigned to this tape was "S5" ["S"=Sarles?]. Note: A clue, perhaps, is the unusual configuration of the tracks (the recording on "Side" 1 runs on Track 2 in the quarter-track configuration). Another clue is the fact that the (mylar) tape appears to have been spliced together from separate tapes. The date of production of THIS tape is conjectural.
