Tape was dubbed from both sides of a C-60 cassette lent to the LLA by John Perry; unfiltered except for the first half of Side 2. Perry dubbed the cassette from two 10" discs. The text is a photocopy of the relevant portions of the published text. (Unreviewed) WAVE files are now converted to MP3s.
