Ernest Burch and native consultant Frank Kailuq [sp.?] from Buckland, Alaska, tell the story phrase-by-phrase, first in English and then in Inupiaq. The text was developed by Eric Hamp and E. Burch from an earlier version recorded in Alaska in 1949-50.
