Notes Tape is doubtless a dub taken from other tapes (the stock used is polyester, and the quarter-track format is used for all the interviews). In fact, the tape appears to be patched together from several tapes. The code number originally assigned to this tape was "S19" ["S"=Sarles?]. JJT was able to determine that there are just five consultants: the one named "Vasquez" is interviewed in two sessions. Note: the sound quality is often poor.
