According to the slate at the beginning of Track 1, the venue of the recordings is Santa Cruz del Quiché (the capital of the Department of El Quiché). If JJT understands correctly, the interviewees are all in the military. In principal there may be six interviews, but others seem to add their voices in the background. (These may be the names entered after the ditto marks.) All in all, the spelling of the names is not entirely certain.
