Collection Descriptive Notes
This is a correspondence course in German given by the Ecole de Langues in Lausanne, Switzerland (c. 1954). On the discs two native speakers of German (one man, one woman) voice select exercises from a total of 131; there is only German on the recordings.
Collection Technical Notes
Phonograph records are seven (out of an original eight) Prontophon discs, Nos. 1-4, 6-8. [No. 5 is apparently missing.] Four documents (in French only) accompany the discs, including correspondence and advisory materials. (Gift of the Kostas Kazazis estate to the LLA on January 28, 2003) WAVE files are now converted to MP3s.
