|Collection Descriptive Notes||
A Christmas service at an unnamed location in Guatemala is (apparently) recorded from a radio broadcast c. 1953. Choir music is combined with readings for the occasion in Mam and Spanish.
|Collection Technical Notes||
Tape is apparently the first recording in the series that consists mostly of the narratives of Eleuterio Gómez (see: "Mam: 1953-55 series (Pecks, Cajolá)". The text on the back of the box has been scanned. The WAVE file is now converted to MP3.
This collection has no playable audio.
