Motozintleco: Reel 1, part 1 (MOT 81.AMH.1.1 (M))

Content description
Object Type PhysicalObject
Medium 1/4 inch audio tape
Contributor Medina Hernández, Andres (researcher); Unnamed native speakers (male) (consultant)
Notes The handwriting on the back of the box is that of Donald H. Ledin. I am relying on my memory to identify the voice of Andres Medina. (I also note that Mr. McQuown uses the sub-code “AMH”--often signifying the researcher. “AMH” could stand for “Andres Medina Hernandez”.) The signal, particularly on the first half of the tape, is rather broken and quavery. Another indication that this is a copy, rather than the original, is the fact that the tape stock consists of various pieces of tape spliced together.
